Oregon - Day Ten & Home!

We're home! Home, home, home!! Noah is literally giddy that he is home but he still needed to go straight to bed. I guess I'm a little giddy as well. :)

We joined our friends for a final breakfast this morning at the hotel (they're staying one day longer) and spent a good couple of hours trying to figure out how to pack everything. If you remember we purchased a bed and a stroller plus whatever souvenirs we picked up during the week. We made it work but it felt so good to hand everything over to the AA agent once we made it to PDX. What I didn't mention before was that since we purchased our plane tickets using airmiles we were classified as Premier or whatever it's called. So not only did we get to board early but we paid no baggage fees and I was surprisingly happy to discover they don't charge for baby items either. Hello!

Noah slept nearly the entire flight! BIG sigh of relief. Couldn't have asked for a better flight. My little guy is such the trooper.

In talking with our friends we know we all had a really good time but the one thing we would have changed was the amount of time in each location. It was pretty brutal packing and unpacking nearly every night but the payoff was that we did get to see alot of the state. Still...next time, no more one-nighters unless absolutely necessary. Noah would always be so happy to be in the hotel room and be able to tumble around on the bed or the floor. I shared his sentiments exactly.

Daddy and Noah bought me a flower that last morning.
